Your team can have a therapeutic chat with Dr Retro whenever suits them and all responses are saved in one place. The good Dr will even encourage people to respond, so you don’t have to chase them.
Whether you work asynchronously or not, Dr Retro's 'wall' of retro responses makes it easy to unearth the issues affecting your teams’ happiness, then collectively come up with improvements (which Dr Retro calls remedies).
The secret to lasting improvements is regular checkins. Dr Retro's remedies board encourages the team to vote, comment and make sure remedies are working.
Your plans mention retro creators - what is this?
We want to keep the our pricing low and simple so we charge based on the number of people who can create a retro (a retro creator). Everyone can participate in a retro, but only a creator can start one. Our Pro plan allows 10 creators which should be sufficient for most organizations. If you need more creators, you can upgrade to our Enterprise plan.
Can I change / cancel my plan?
Yes! We don't take hostages here. You can upgrade or downgrade at anytime and you’ll only be billed for your current month.
Can I delete my data?
Yes! You are in control of anything you post to Dr. Retro. You can delete messages, comments and retros anytime. And if you want to leave us you can choose to close your account and we’ll remove all of your data
